01 / MY JOURNEY
Organizations are human systems: their decisions, culture and relationships shape what they can achieve. This perspective runs through my career.
At Pan American Energy, the oil and gas industry introduced me to public affairs and the economic, social and environmental impact of organizations. Later, at Accenture, I took on regional communications responsibilities and supported digital transformation initiatives.
In 2018, I founded WINN to advance women's leadership in journalism and communications. This experience expanded my approach: building networks, bringing different perspectives together and creating partnerships that become tangible projects.
Today, I bring those experiences together in initiatives across business, media, science and sport. I connect fields whose combined knowledge can unlock new possibilities.
My career on LinkedInInstitutional strategy, public affairs and regional responsibilities in energy and technology. Since March 2026, I have advised the Buenos Aires City Government’s General Directorate of Science and Technology, connecting the public sector, business and the scientific community.

I founded WINN in 2018. Through this network, I developed new opportunities in media and sport, and signature events including Fútbol Femenino, el gol del futuro and Ciencia, deporte y mujer.

THESIS & FRAMEWORK IN DEVELOPMENT
What does it take to build a sports organization where women can develop and thrive?
From my MBA thesis to an applied framework for clubs, federations and institutions. Its premise: female athletes' health, well-being and performance also depend on organizational culture, resources and decisions.
SIX DIMENSIONS OF THE SYSTEM
The framework proposes identifying gaps, engaging key stakeholders and prioritizing improvements through an action roadmap. Its development draws on work with River Plate, the WINN Sports–Voices! study and the Women, Sport and Science platform.
